Cycling
The Peak District is one of the “must ride” locations for mountain biking in the UK. Our area has many rides from difficult, hardcore routes to family friendly jaunts.
There are also traffic free trails converted from old railway lines such as the Monsal Trail, Tissington Trail and Manifold Trail which are suitable for anyone who is able to cycle.

Also in Buxton is Pooles Cavern a system of limestone caverns where you can see crystalline stalactites lining the caves.
